Die Stadt Leipzig will Modellregion f\u00fcr Anbau und Abgabe von Cannabis werden. Am Mittwoch beschloss der Stadtrat, eine m\u00f6gliche Bewerbung hierf\u00fcr zu pr\u00fcfen<\/a>. Die Modellprojekte sind Teil der so genannten 2. S\u00e4ule der Legalisierung. Damit soll es Unternehmen erm\u00f6glicht werden, Cannabis kontrolliert anzubauen, zu vertreiben und in Fachgesch\u00e4ften zu verkaufen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch anders als die Regelungen f\u00fcr Eigenanbau und Vereine (Social Clubs), gibt es hierf\u00fcr noch keinen Gesetzesentwurf. Entsprechend d\u00fcnn sind die Details. Das Bundesministerium f\u00fcr Gesundheit spricht in einer Mitteilung vom April 2023<\/a> von regional begrenzten Projekten mit einer Laufzeit \u00fcber 5 Jahre. Diese Projekte sollen wissenschaftlich begleitet und ausgewertet werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Doch nicht nur Leipzig will Modellregion f\u00fcr Cannabis werden. Neben Bremen, Hannover und Bonn<\/a> haben bereits mehrere St\u00e4dte und Gemeinden Interesse ge\u00e4u\u00dfert. Aber auch Gegner der Legalisierung haben sich bereits ausf\u00fchrlich zu Wort gemeldet. Der Freistaat Bayern will weiterhin mit allen Mitteln eine Legalisierung verhindern<\/a>. Ob ausgerechnet die Oktoberfest-Stadt M\u00fcnchen zur gr\u00fcnen Sonderzone wird, entscheidet sich am Ende aber doch in Berlin oder Br\u00fcssel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
